This gentle meditative practice utilizes props to hold our bodies in simple yoga poses so we can rest deeply. Our bodies gently open and wIthin this stillness, the mind begins to calm and our frazzled nervous systems are able to regulate. This relaxation helps us to relieve stress, gently stretch and rest tired, overworked bodies, and heal all while doing what feels like nothing at all. **Please note this class will be held at BV Health Hub 2 doors down from Sol.

SAAT is Soliman Auricular Acupuncture Treatment. Pet, environmental, seasonal, medications, food, cosmetic allergies.  All can be addressed with the SAAT protocol. This powerful technique combines applied kinesiology, bioenergetic testing, and auricular (ear) acupuncture to eliminate the histamine response that leads to allergies.
